Tel Aviv (MikyStory): The Israeli military announced on Saturday that it intercepted a drone approaching from the east, hours after a missile launched by Yemen’s Houthi rebels struck the central city of Tel Aviv.
In a statement, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) detailed the incident: “Following the sirens that sounded earlier in Gvulot, Talmei Eliyahu, and Ein HaBesor due to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) infiltration, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) successfully intercepted a UAV that entered Israeli airspace from the east.”
The interception comes amid heightened regional tensions and ongoing threats from various fronts, further testing Israel's air defense systems.
